Tebag suing? The man is an arse. He thought the hacking of City was brilliant. The Dutch FA banned FC Twente from European competition based upon Pinto’s hacks.
UEFA investigated PSG based upon his leaks, albeit ultimately clearing them.
Tebas also threatened to sue FIFA based upon Pinto’s leaks of La Liga transfers and wages, blaming their systems for being hacked.
Apologies that this wasn’t as tinhatty as you hoped :/
Here’s a tip for him: yellow and blue make green.I hear the original article was written in crayon by Simon Stone.
Don’t worry; everybody will have forgotten it in 50 years, see ‘dirty Leeds’.Nope it's a lose lose situation, people will still say things like under the table brown envelopes etc etc we will always be guilty in the eyes of every opposing football fan and the majority of the media, cunts like Jordan etc.
We are hated and probably always will be, mostly borne out of jealousy.
But he hated Neymar, Bale and Ronaldo’s transfer fees and wages being leakedTebag suing? The man is an arse. He thought the hacking of City was brilliant.
No chance.Thinking far too far ahead here, but if we were found not guilty later this year, what is the reaction of rivals and media likely to be?
Apologetic handshakes all round?
It’s that aspect that worries me. I am sure we are innocent but I fear the panel will feel under huge pressure to find us guilty in contrast to CAS who were not subject to constant media and public nonsense. No chance.
With how insanely slanted media is now, you don't have to accept reality. You can just double down and say its a fix.
I knew people who claimed we'd paid off CAS. An independent arbitrator was apparently open to being bribed by a team charged with improper financial conduct.
Once talk of being thrown out of the league or having trophies stripped started, people had already made their minds up. If they don't get what they want, it's some kind of collusion.
worth an oggle...

I hope you’re right. The panel won't be affected by it at all. If anyone on the panel is subject to media influence they'd be removed. As much as people want to argue otherwise (proving my point straight away) they're going to be a neutral panel.
If there was any hint of bias, I guarantee the club are on their marks just waiting for a justifiable reason to sue.
But ultimately for a lot of people, they've created a parallel between us and Forest/Everton where the big clubs get favourable treatment. Nobody even knows what we've been charged for. They just think we've done what Everton and Forest have done 115 times.
I genuinely don't think the Prem are out to "get" us.I hope you’re right.
Two downsides of Klopp leaving is that they might not bother asking him for his opinion when the not guilty decision is published (remember his "a bad day for football" when CAS cleared us?) The other downside is not seeing him even more broken than he appears now by Pep.No chance.

Yeah, the PL have found some evidence, we refused to cooperate meaning they have none of this evidence to convict, and now we are paying for that non cooperation. At the same time the PL is not run for the likes of Utd or lfc and City have not upset anyone with our success over the years. Everyone is just doing their due diligence and there are no politics.I genuinely don't think the Prem are out to "get" us.
In my opinion, the PL have found some kind of smoke regarding the things named (Mancini, Etisalat, player wages etc) and they've rightfully done their due diligence.
However the club refused to cooperate with any investigation. Therefore the PL has reason to believe we're cheating and has no proof that we aren't.
There is no way in hell the businessmen running the club would let it go this far of they didn't have the evidence they needed to exonerate us. If we get proved guilty of everything, it absolutely destroys the clubs standing in football. And I mean actual football, not dickheads who live on Twitter or spend 8 hours a day in front of their podcasting equipment.
I believe we'll take a heavy fine for the non-cooperation and the club are prepared for that as collateral damage.
The PL let it stew too long from the announcement and we're going to let them take the fall for that.
Any club that has had a period of domination has been hated, don't kid yourself.Yeah, the PL have found some evidence, we refused to cooperate meaning they have none of this evidence to convict, and now we are paying for that non cooperation. Its an alternate world that but I will consider it.
The PL would have already started their investigation before CAS published their findings. I do wonder what would have happened if the Mail(?) hadn't forced things in court "in the public interest". Would the PL have quietly closed the investigation with a bland "nothing to see here" statement? This is why I don't understand what the PL is doing. CAS was unequivocal about the emails not being enough evidence and City provided the follow ups that proved their innocence or CAS would have ruled for UEFA. So the PL reacts to this by bringing a massive fraud case against City and doesn't appear to have any more evidence than UEFA did. Mind-boggling and seems destined for massive failure unless the commission is inclined to rule against City.
By the sounds of it we took matters to court a number of times disputing what the PL could ask for, they would have said "we want everything relevant" and we would have countered with "you're going to have to be more specific".Yeah, the PL have found some evidence, we refused to cooperate meaning they have none of this evidence to convict, and now we are paying for that non cooperation. At the same time the PL is not run for the likes of Utd or lfc and City have not upset anyone with our success over the years. Everyone is just doing their due diligence and there are no politics.

Why would we deserve what he get if it’s a stitch upIf we are found guilty then we deserve what we get. I won’t stop going or burn my ST.
My main concern is will it be a fair verdict based on an objective and non-partisan review of all the information at hand. Transparency is the most important thing here as whatever the outcome it is only going to lead to accusations of us paying bungs or it being a stitch up.
They can be under huge pressure but if the evidence is not there there is no case to answer, remember some of what they are accusing the club of is systematic fraud, a very serious charge that will require serious evidence, I accept that burden of proof is not the same as a criminal case (and this is a tribunal not a court) but it will require incontrovertible proofIt’s that aspect that worries me. I am sure we are innocent but I fear the panel will feel under huge pressure to find us guilty in contrast to CAS who were not subject to constant media and public nonsense.
