Ministers called to Cabinet - failure to attend not an option. However as he was in Vienna yesterday it could be Cabinet just re-scheduled from its usual Tuesday. However journo's have been contacting number 10 on the occasion of previous rumours and met with firm denials. Today however nobody will deny it.

Make of that what you will. I think he is set to announce he is crossing the floor and joining the Pepsi Max Party

If he dissolves Parliament there will be no Tory MP's (or MP's of any Party) so I think it's impossible unless they did before the King dissolves Parliament tomorrow

I guess so. As Ducado points out, it stops being an issue when Parliament is dissolved, so there isn't time to appoint a new leader.
