PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Add Manyoo, sponsored by Saudi telecom, and paid advisor to Saudi Sports Ministry.
I can't find any mention of them in Utd's list of sponsors. Martin Samuel hinted at them having a long standing Arab sponsor. Do you have any link to this? I would love to bounce it back on my rag mates when they are criticising 'oil money'!

Daft question time, and apologies if already covered. In relation to City's mounting legal bills for the defence against the "115 charges" and the challenge to the "February ATP amendment" how are these costs accounted for through the PSR rules?

If they are accounted for through PSR are they allowable against PSR regulations and if we win the ATP February amendment challenge could our subsequent claim for compensation include a request for our legal fees for the case to be refunded by the PL
Good question. I was wondering the same. We’re broke if the costs have to be included in our PSR expenditure- unless the owners are allowed to cover the costs??

The PL just take the audited accounts, so yes any legal costs will be an allowable deduction for PL PSR. (Edit after @KS55 's post above: insofar as they are included in the accounts :) ).

In respect of an award for costs, the arbitrators can pretty much do what they want when they make the award:

It is probably hidden within the rest of their dodgy accounts in the Cayman Islands .

Clear and transparent like everything the cunts are involved in no doubt.

I think Saudi Telecom's sponsorship ended a couple of years ago but they were at one time the rags' longest standing sponsors. Among their current financial sponsors are Emirates NBD of Dubai and CB Bank of those cheeky human rights abusers Myanmar.

Pretty sure legal fees don’t fall under PSR. Yet. That might be the next attempt to cramp our style
If they do the only fair way would be that the PL legal fees would be spread through the 20 teams, Basically affecting all teams PSR.
Might make a few think about supporting such rubbish.

Yep:
The Saudi regime through the state owned Saudi Telecom have ploughed fortunes into Old Trafford for 14 years since 2008

Then in 2017, Man Utd agreed yet another very lucrative revenue stream from the Saudi regime, ‘the General Sports Authority of Saudi Arabia’ in partnership with Manchester United.

Of course not a single issue from anyone with them taking these deals

Don't know why Saudi and Abu Dhabi pull there sponsor from all the cartel teams let them find equivalent sponsor from there home country and start sponsoring the other teams in the premier
