The onward march to a complete fascistic dictatorship in the US, continues along the predicted path…

Only choice is for Biden to Rainbow 6 trump in an official capacity, stating a threat to democracy… sigh… I can’t see that happening as the democrats still hope/believe in democracy…, but I can see various people ‘disappearing’ come the dawn of Jan 7th if Trump is re-elected

SCOTUS has said that the speech about marching on the Capitol is an official act. Good grief.
Telling Pence not to certify the election is an official act!

That the dissent basically uses the phrase "the President is now a king above the law" suggests that there isn't much way for SCOTUS to work, so divided are they.
 
Are the bookies taking bets on which day and hour that Trump suspends Congress if the Democrats hold it? Erm, national security or something.
 
So when Trump sends in the military Israel style into a state where the minority is the majority under the guise of "Saving the welfare system/Country" he can now do it.

Someone better tell Biden to either stand down or take him out under the clause of national security.

Seems its Bidens wife who's the one that's urging him to stay on. You'd think she'd be doing the the exact opposite.

SCOTUS ruling is precisely why Trump appointed those justices. It is a disaster.
George III returns in triumph. Biden has had 4 years to appoint some decent justices but failed to do so. I can’t see any reason why the court has to be limited to 9 justices. Well now he can just shoot the bastards with impunity.

Rationally speaking, the Supreme Court has just removed most (if not all) checks on presidential power.

They’ve effectively anointed whomever holds the presidency—by legitimate or illegitimate means—the king of the United States.

By their own decision, Biden could now have Trump assassinated (as long as he uses official presidential apparatus) and he could not be prosecuted.

Biden would not do that. But guess who absolutely would if he was president?

SCOTUS has just fucked up any decent future America has. Democracy will die the day the shit gibbon walks into the Whitehouse. Once he is in he ain't handing the keys back in 4 years. WOW am shocked at their ruling. God help America, and God help the world. This will reverberate around the rest of the world. There will be real world consequences!!!!
