I went to that gig at the Gmex, I'm sure the foo fighters hadn't been going that long by then but the prodigy was amazing.the prodigy at the gmex round 1995-1996 were absolutely incredible, think it was the one where the foo fighters supported them (yes im that old)
was it 1997 i knew it was in december cos it was bloody freezing when we came outI went to that gig at the Gmex, I'm sure the foo fighters hadn't been going that long by then but the prodigy was amazing.
And it was in 1997, sure it was in November/December.
I would say you have been the aggressor...Are you about 14...?
I can't believe that you're making such a fuss about something that happened nearly 30 years ago and arguing with someone who actually knows how easy it was toget a ticket!
Just pay your £100+ for a seat in the gods and go and watch a band 30 years past their peak. I certainly wouldn't pay daft money to see them again.
They’re just not my sort of music at all. Sythny sweet pop for girls and softlads.Fucking top live.
I thought it was an advert for Electricity North West............The man from delmonte?
Loved em back in the day.
So how many dates do we all think theyll do at each venue, i think at least 8 nights at heaton park

Only just got mine nowNo email confirmation yet either, did it last night.
I reckon that I’ve seen them six times from 1996 - 2005. The Maine Road gig was a magical experience for a wide eyed fifteen year old. Easily in my top five gigs of all time. At the Etihad gig in 2005, they looked disinterested and just cantankerous with each other. There is no doubt in my mind that the songs have stood the test of time. I play in a covers band and we regularly get young lads in there early twenties asking for oasis tracks from the first two albums. My ten year old son wants me to take him to the Heaton Park gigs. Hope they get Bonehead, Guigsy and Alan White on board to complete the line up. Good luck to them.
