Oasis reunion

I understand people wanting to see Oasis but why didn't the bulk of people just go watch the live solo through over the years?

Both of them played the tunes and it's hardly going to sound any different is it? I went to watch Noel years ago at £50. Weird seeing so many people tie themselves up in knots over this.

Because you've also got to sit through two hours of the High Flying Birds dross?

I've given up on queueing. I'm going to cover myself in piss and stand in the back garden watching the 1996 Maine Road gigs in homage to Heaton Park

What I found is people only go for the Oasis songs. I actually look some of their solo stuff, but let’s be honest, we all want to see Rock n Roll Start and Cigarettes and Alcohol, don’t we?

Got four for Wembley. Does anyone know what times the tube stops running on a Sunday night? Looking at staying in central London but don’t want to be stranded for hours.

It was often around Midnight but I’m confident they won’t strand you. The Jubilee line was 24 hour at the weekend but that was a while ago. It may have improved.

Got to the front of the queue and no availability on the date I had in so selected other dates and in another queue without a number!

Me and a mate paid £15 to watch Noel at Wigan a month or so ago. Got them last minute off a ticket site as hadn’t sold out.

He did about 8/9 oasis songs but I enjoyed his solo stuff more.

I also went to Liam’s gig at the co-op which was good but I felt it was a bit tribute band like and i enjoyed his Etihad one more the other year as he varied the set with a few of his own.

I prefer watching bands that still make and perform new music.
