Disinterested or uninterested? Huge difference.I reckon that I’ve seen them six times from 1996 - 2005. The Maine Road gig was a magical experience for a wide eyed fifteen year old. Easily in my top five gigs of all time. At the Etihad gig in 2005, they looked disinterested and just cantankerous with each other. There is no doubt in my mind that the songs have stood the test of time. I play in a covers band and we regularly get young lads in there early twenties asking for oasis tracks from the first two albums. My ten year old son wants me to take him to the Heaton Park gigs. Hope they get Bonehead, Guigsy and Alan White on board to complete the line up. Good luck to them.
Oasis have sold the best part of 100m albums worldwide less than 20% of those are in the UK.Oasis big in the US? Na. Africa? Na. Far East? Na. Most of Europe? Na.

I got a ticket for first day at Knebworth at face value without any problem whatsoever. I could have got two for the second day just as easily but wouldn't have been able to go that day.
2.6 million applications...? That's absolute bollocks
2.6 Million applied for tickets for Oasis's Knebworth shows in 1996.
