Stones, Foden and Nunes to start IMO. Fulham game in mind but this match will allow Pep to fine-tune for the weekend.

It's a good opportunity to test how Stones and Kovacic look as a midfield duo. We need to nail down what our first choice midfield is going to be as soon as possible.

This. It isn't a Carabao Cup fixture against a League 2 team, it's the Champions League FFS. Yes, they should be beatable but we shouldn't be taking anything for granted at this stage.
 
must win, we have some tricky games left away at Juve, PSG, Sporting are not easy games imo, where we can turn up and get 3 points. we need to play well and defend well in each.
so the 4 easier games vs Prague, Slovan an Feyenoord, Brugge are must wins especially 3 of these are home games.

bit of rotation might happen but not as much as the Watford game. surely Nunes and McAtee could come in but would start Foden to finally score a goal as he need to starts going now we are in October enough of the Euros hangover and the illness he had. same for Doku, he needs to hit some form too.

Celtic ripped these apart 2 weeks ago, it would be a joke if we struggle vs them.
 
These are likely to be the poorest team we’ve ever faced in the Champions League, currently ranked 137th in the world.

You can never take any game for granted (look how many times we’ve lost to Wigan when they’ve either been relegated, a division below us or two divisions below us) but we can likely play a few players who might only feature in the EFL Cup at this time of year.
 
Full squad should be utilised in this. With respect, they're statistically the worst side in the competition, if celtic can obliterate them then our fringe squad should be capable of doing the same.

Nunes should be starting for sure but also The likes of mcatee have to play this too, otherwise what's the point in having him around. Give those guys a game in a stronger more cohesive side alongside more established names and see what they can do rather than having them in a makeshift lineup.

Doesn’t sound like you rate either of them then?

There more then good enough. If nunes doesn’t start, other than cup games I don’t see how he’s starting any games this season. We need to rotate the world class squad we have.
