If Slot just waltzes in and does better than Klopp straight away with essentially the same squad as Klopp’s last season, does that mean that Klopp in fact wasn’t the best manager in the world as they so often told us?
 
I think we should scrap the " Its Quiet " thread seeing as the dippers team already has the best player in the world in every position on the pitch.

Clearly there is nobody out there good enough to chase.

Even the monopolies commission have conceeded defeat .

They have all been pretenders to the crown. It will be when Slippy G takes his place in the dugout that the real king will be crowned. Even if he's so poor that he relegates them the Scouse mantra will be that all the rest of the Premier league conspired against them because we all wanted Stevie Starfish in charge of our own teams. And if that fails it will be because every other club in the Prem moved up one place, the dippers would never move down.

Even when they are reduced to playing in the amateur leagues, it will be because King Slippy demanded they play on a part-time basis so they have more time to do what they usually do - wheel hubs don't make themselves, you know?


Maybe one day there will be another civil war in England and the rest of the country sends the scousers to Van Diemen's land for good.
 
as i have just put in the arse thread. the current liverpool team are a perfect example of a media driven agenda, just like us most of their games are won by the odd goal but according to the media they are flying at the top of the league and we are struggling.

It was a fucking embarrassment, as it was clear the volume was turned waaay up to deliver the “famous Kop atmosphere.”

That said, the whole “European night” nonsense feels like it’s a real thing at times. For me, I’ve never experienced the Etihad rocking more than the 2-1 victory over them at our place, when Sané scored the winner, they lost for the only time that season, and we beat them to the title! THAT atmosphere was goosebump-inducing, which I’ve only experienced a few times outside of the QPR & Villa last games of the season Title-winning games.

Like many stereotypes, there’s at least a hint of truth to their atmosphere, but I don’t think it’s anything special in many games.

why am i not surprised Leipzug had a goal disallowed....??

I was willing them to score. The longer the Dips keep on winning the stronger their belief ( and the media arselicking) becomes.

Yes. Scrappy , dirty engine room that kept backfiring . Team has always relied on surfeit of forwards to make headlines and sell shirts . MacAllister is no Rodri.
 
Ive just watched paddy potato head trying to justify a proposed saudi takeover of the dippers. The justification is based on how loyal they would be to Liverpool, their commitment, will they dump Newcastle etc. I thought the **** would just cut to the chase and mention human rights. Not at all. The shifty **** already doing mental gymnastics
