It's not a football club it's a religion . Only those who have been educated in the true faith are worthy enough to contribute ....Just reading that and seen one of their main problems highlighted in a post:

Why are they so obsessed with having their ex-players as coaches or on the coaching staff? Did they learn nothing from Liverpool through the 90s?
There’s no reason why a club should employ someone as a coach just because he played for them and was a fans favourite or one of their best players. Just because it worked for Pep or Ancelotti doesn’t mean that it’s the norm.
