Hhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa bloody right mate. Hope you`re keeping well ?Honestly wouldn’t have been able to tell what my post count was within a 20k margin of error but fuck me, I need to get out more.
Yup! The rules around inducements are VERY hazy, but unless alerted by parents who're the beneficiaries, I can't see how the PL would ever get to know.
Yep, end of week 6 today. Like you, I'm surprised there have been no leaks of any sort from either side. Posters on here have heard before the hearing started that the club are super confident so I thought we may get a feel for how things might be going once it got underway. As you say, its been watertight so far but I can't see that continuing up to the point when the verdict drops. If you think back to CAS, Pep's body language and comments in the lead-up to the verdict were positive so he clearly knew the outcome. Then Ian Cheeseman tweeted something a few days prior. On the night before the announcement I got a WhatsApp off a mate saying that we'd won as someone who runs one of the OSC branches had heard it through a club employee on the Friday and couldn't help but spout off about it down the pub on the Saturday night!Must be a media thread for who likes us and who doesn't?
On the hearing, is this week 6 finishing? I've lost track. If it's still going at all, that is. It all seems so watertight, even more so than I thought it would be - no more photos of lawyers, no more information from media etc. Even the apt case a couple of people on here heard (credibility of sources unknown!) that we were doing well in our arguments. But on this...nothing! I understand that's commonplace in serious litigation stuff but for fans it's frustrating.
Sounds like good news to me
If we've knocked off a couple of charges then subsequent ones relating to them won't need any court time.I read this as good news.

This sounds much betterNot to burst the happy mood but it's quite normal for trials, hearings and inquests not to last the full length of time booked. It will hopefully shorten the time towards an overwhelming victory
Maybe but I doubt Tolmie would have tweeted if his source hadn't inferred it as a positive thing for usNot to burst the happy mood but it's quite normal for trials, hearings and inquests not to last the full length of time booked. It will hopefully shorten the time towards a decision.
Stefan will be along soon to burst the bubble ;)Maybe but I doubt Tolmie would have tweeted if his source hadn't inferred it as a positive thing for us
He’s the reason I’m only cautiously optimistic and not dancing naked in the streets singing Bluemoon and throwing dogshit at anyone wearing red.. :-)Stefan will be along soon to burst the bubble ;)
