PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I’de like to mob him and any other crew and give the **** a popper tuning. Maybe leave a card, you‘ve just been tuned by the Man City FOCs.
Sorry but It looked to me as though it was a picture of our stadium which he stood in front of

I'm very much a simpleton.......god knows how I survive on a daily basis.

In my head....City have not been charged like Everton & now Forest because we have not broke these shite PSR.

We are essentially being charged with "fraud" based on some hacked emails and hearsay.

This it in a nut shell?

if so, why can't muppet journalists and fans get it.
Everton and Forest have been accused of losing too much money and in the broadest sense we have been accused of making too much.

When you look back at the so called Big Five who led the break away from the football league, only Everton have been kicked out of the nasty little cartel, probably cos they can’t justify their position based on their lack of success and modest income. The other four **** clubs are still pulling all the strings over three decades on.
Everton were only an invited member, available to pour the tea and serve the biscuits at meetings whilst the big boys plotted and planned. All know who the main players were and are.

These remain the crusty old golf club members bemoaning the lifting of the tie ban in the clubhouse, reminiscing of their golden playing period when they were young and strong enough to post sub 80 rounds.

I believe this could be the pointy start of the EPL’s ‘Ratner moment’. Master’s and co are stupid enough to slit the throat of their cash cow in exchange for pats on the back from owners who are only interested in their own short-term interests. Said owners will cash in and fuck off when the EPL turns into Serie A or LaLiga.
