This all day long. Except I do think he owes us a decision now.Pep owes us nothing, but he has a responsibility here. Commit to a rebuild, meaning 3 years minimum, or leave with his head held high. A 1 year extension just kicks the can down the road. We’d be in exactly the same position in 12 months.
And you know this because ?Clear planning for DoF but less clear for managers position
he doesn't HAVE to have an answer at all. He keeps saying over and over again he'll say what he's going to do when he's ready so we have to wait. Maybe the club already knows , maybe they don't. Personally I'd guess that the FFP farce won't affect his decision but I have no idea if it will or not.by the time we play Spurs (in two weeks) he has to have an answer of staying or going. he may want to wait till the big FFP case is dealt with but that may be January or much later.
He could have left after the centurions season a legend.Pep owes us nothing, but he has a responsibility here. Commit to a rebuild, meaning 3 years minimum, or leave with his head held high. A 1 year extension just kicks the can down the road. We’d be in exactly the same position in 12 months.
How do you know it’s not already been sorted, this club has been run impeccably since the take over, it’s not by swales anymore. We didn’t hear a about tixxie replacement but it was all sorted. It's shit or get off the pot time.
If he and the club don't know if he's staying or not then that is an huge issue. If he's going then the club needs to be engaging in negotiations with one of a very small group of potential replacements now. We won't be waiting until the summer to see who might be available after getting sacked by their previous club Swales stylee...
I don't, hence my opening sentence. How do you know it’s not already been sorted, this club has been run impeccably since the take over, it’s not by swales anymore. We didn’t hear a about tixxie replacement but it was all sorted.
