This all day long. Except I do think he owes us a decision now.
 
Come on Pep, the time is now.

Whatever he decides, fair dos. He owes us nothing more, BUT he cannot let this go on any longer.

Commit to another 2 years, a partial rebuild, or do what Klopp did last year (around this time?) and use it as an opportunity to pull everyone together and get something out of this season.

If he isn't committed to 2 yrs, then he has to go. Otherwise this circus starts again in a year and we are back to square one.
 
by the time we play Spurs (in two weeks) he has to have an answer of staying or going. he may want to wait till the big FFP case is dealt with but that may be January or much later.
 
The sooner the squad have clarity on this, the better.

I presume he’ll stay. Especially now more than ever rather than looking like leaving when the tough gets going (so to speak).

But it needs sorting either way.

he doesn't HAVE to have an answer at all. He keeps saying over and over again he'll say what he's going to do when he's ready so we have to wait. Maybe the club already knows , maybe they don't. Personally I'd guess that the FFP farce won't affect his decision but I have no idea if it will or not.

He could have left after the centurions season a legend.
 
The way we’re playing has zero to do with Pep’s contract situation.

It’s shit squad planning & injuries, nothing more. If you need to know where Pep will be next season to get a half-decent performance then you shouldn’t be at a top club.
 
Please pep just fooking give us 3 more years & re build the squad before you go. :-)

Be happy if he just played the kids this season & we win fook all if he stays

If he and the club don't know if he's staying or not then that is an huge issue. If he's going then the club needs to be engaging in negotiations with one of a very small group of potential replacements now. We won't be waiting until the summer to see who might be available after getting sacked by their previous club Swales stylee...
 
Pep confirming he is staying 2 or more years is the equivalent of us winning a trophy.

If he does, fuck this season off and manage to stay up, give him money to strengthen then smash the trophies and grab another treble

How do you know it’s not already been sorted, this club has been run impeccably since the take over, it’s not by swales anymore. We didn’t hear a about tixxie replacement but it was all sorted.

I don't, hence my opening sentence.

However, if he has decided he's going and the club are working on a replacement or already have one in place then it may as well be announced. The current official situation of he's not decided yet is hardly working to our advantage I'd suggest.
 
Breathe, Count to 10, yes we’re pretty sh1t at the moment but we ain’t ever going back to the 90’s and Can you imagine if we still manage to win something this year, it’ll be even sweeter. We have the best owners in the world and they will have a plan to put it right. We have the best self deprecating sense of gallows humour so let’s just use it.
 
the club has to know asap. they may do already but then why keep it a secret?

there is not one top level player we might look to sign who doesnt ask this question (or his agent) if they will sign for Guardiola or someone else. what are we telling them? Pep is sleeping on it few more weeks and we let you know...

in this current form if he decides and announce he is leaving in 7-8 months, it can go into a big farewell season and turns into a positive but just as much it can turn into a farce where players will think of doing a new challenge elsewhere or thinking no high stakes as the manager is changed either way and DoF too.
