First question in the press conference:

"You said last night that you decided to stay because of these four defeats (Guardiola smiling already) and you wanted to make sure the club is OK. Is it really just about the last couple of weeks ..........?".

"No (smiling more). Not a chance".

He really is a poor journalist. Loaded questions to get a cheap headline rather than increase his knowledge, or his readers' knowledge, about anything at all. Either that or he is just an idiot who can't read Guardiola at all after nine years. Take your pick.

Peps so polite but the smile & glint says “you’re a ****!” At least that’s what I hear ;)
 
It's embarrassing that, for 10 years, Stone gets the chance to ask the greatest football coach that ever lived, the first question at every press conference on behalf of what should be Britain's flagship broadcaster and behaves like a sniggering schoolboy trying to get the biology teacher to say a rude word.

Blimey! I can't stand it, I have an irrational dislike of that colour and it is all because of footballing reasons. I even rearrange chairs in the break room at work so that I don't have to sit on any that are even vaguely red looking. It's a bit pathetic really, each to their own I suppose.
 
Tbh, I don't give a scooby what that simpering little twat thinks. He could be right! But he hasn't done any work to get to that conclusion.
I have no issue with Pep only seeing 1 year out and it taking the pressure off whoever we have tapped up to be the next boss. It makes a lot of sense and it's been done before.
The problem is if (when) he get us back on track and we win the PL, CL. FA Cup, Super Cup and world club championship, he won't want to stop!

On the contrary, that's a very rational reaction, and perfectly normal. 55 year old teenager is clearly in need of treatment for her disorder, and until cured, she has my deep sympathy.

Maybe she's one of the lucky ones who doesn't allow her whole life to be dictated by football. I envy and admire her in equal measure.
 
This thread is the nearest I get to the press/ media.
I really find it hard to understand why City fans still listen or read the press/media I really do.
Fans moan about our PR department not fighting back but why would they ?
The British press/media are just a very very small spot on the world City operate in.
This thread gives the press/media more coverage than City do lol.

I also think some fans need to lighten up, remember our black humour our own piss taking. When Pep said he will still be hearing when City get relegated, fans moan about the headlines ! Me, I believe Pep would be hear if it happen, but to me it was Pep taking the piss. Pep knew the press/media would all get giddy about that. He is playing with them.
We say Pep gets the club, gets the fans etc yet when he plays the press/media to some of our fans they seem to miss it lol.

Apart from headlines on my Google news app this is the closest I get to the press/media.

I like the club just ignore the press/media. I just trust the club and go to matches and enjoy being a FOC . I dont need the press/media to tell me how good/bad City are, I have a brain and can make my own mind up. Like I don't need the matchday thread lololol.

Life is so much better when you ignore the press/media and just enjoy our amazing success
