If the club genuinely wants to move him, then he needs to be on the bench and coming on regularly. Otherwise, his value will plummet like a rock. A £100M player being moved should be handled strategically to maintain his worth—it’s basic business sense!
I don't think the club do want to move him. I am talking purely from the perspective of protecting the lad himself if he is having problems.

Far too infrequently and Grealish will always be a player that divides opinion.

We have had very few of those since the takeover because the club have more often got it right when spending on the big players.

I could never see a 100m player in Grealish, it was a buy so out of character of our club.
He does divide opinion. Fortunately it's divided into those that prefer Grealish and those that prefer Doku. So despite the division, those that prefer Grealish understand football and are right ;-)

Would you agree that at his age and what should be peak years , Jack should now be dominating games and making them his?

Should he not now be one of the leaders in the dressing room?

I don't see either sadly.

I think the last six players that cost £40M+ were
Gvardiol
Haaland
Doku
Nunes
Grealish
Phillips

So more recently, it's at best 50%

I do prefer Doku over Grealish in the majority of games. But to be honest neither are more than squad players .

Some context for him waving to his box, perhaps.

Last night, I told Mrs DD how pissed off I was with Grealish smiling, waving and blowing kisses after the spurs debacle
I've just mentioned the article and asked "does that mean i should cut him some slack?:
She answered very quickly "no"

I think playing in front of his child for the first time probably justifies a few blown kisses, and will be a bigger deal to him than a bad defeat he played about 15 minutes of. You may feel otherwise and that's fine.

that pass he provided for their fourth obviously faded completely from his memory - he's become semi-detached and he's not alone.

Just proves how alike you are in your thinking, but in no way means that you're right..

To be fair, he's been rumored to be linked with Spurs—maybe he was just giving them a preview of how he could deliver Pre-assists for them, that was a nice pass!

Despite giving away possession that resulted in Spurs fourth goal (which is very unlike Grealish) there is little doubt we are a better team with him in it.

We saw how many times Savio gave up possession that lead to a counter.

The disappointing thing for me is that he has never been played in what I consider to be his best position….in the middle.

I wonder if Guardiola might give him a run out in central midfield against Feyenoord. He has plenty of energy, certainly more box to box than either Lewis or Gundogan. This could be his chance to shine if he gets it together.

I’d have thought that after giving the ball away that lead to their 4th he could have at least managed a token gesture of sprinting back but no, he couldn’t even do that.

I put the mistake down to match sharpness and hopefully there isn't going to be anymore repeats over the course of the rest of the season

He's far from fit, so I fear there will be.

I'm a firm believer that players find their rhythm playing in the League- the drop off in intensity in other competitions is huge- and that it takes a good 10 consecutive League starts to get fully fit and sharp. Ideally, they should also be seeing out the 90 minutes in those as well. Alas, Grealish has only managed such a run with us in the 22-23 season.

Never a pep or city player. Wrong profile and almost zero end product for an attacking player…probably a nice lad though.
