people were happy that international break coming up after 4 losses in a row but it just brought more injuries.

now Gundo to play the six, without much fitness

None of those are real 6s. How on earth can you think nico O'Reilly could hold that position down. It's be suicidal for the lads career to play him there in the prem

I agree with what you are saying except the last line. We need to buy in January reagrdless of Kovas situation. The short term answer is probably gundo and Bernardo as a joint 2.
 
Any player that went on that international break and came back injured can get fucked right off for me. You had one job Kovacic.

Kovacic started every game this season and mostly the whole 90 minutes. His injury is predictable considering he was the one of the only ones who did try to win the games in the team.
If you think he is useless his injury doesn’t matter to the team. He cost the club maybe $20M talking about transfer fee. He paid it back well already and you can sell him with the same price.
 
I was writing about it.

Since Rodri was injured, playing Gundogan anywhere except N6 was a huge mistake.
Kovacic shouldn't have played so many games and his energy should have been saved, cause we all knew he wasn't going to keep playing 3 games per week and stay uninjured.

Gundo's only job should have been to be rotated with Kova and that's all, he had nothing to do in N8 position, where we have players like Bernie, Matheus, Macatee, Foden, KDB and even Grealish or Rico if needed. But only two players can play n6 - Kova and Gundo. That's why..

Now we have to play 34 years old Gundo every 3 days and suffer.

Bad planning and management here.

With the crisis we’re in, in that position, all we asked was too just not go this once, you know, to benefit the club that pays him. It’s hardly asking him to move the earth.

I don’t think he went during the International break in October, so it would have been tough asking him not to go in November when fit.
