Ferguson went to New York to see him, they had dinner and he told Pep to call him before he made any decision on his next job intimating that he would step down for him. Pep had already met Uli Hoeness and had agreed in principle to go to Bayern so, the call was never made. Ferguson had bumped into Hoeness and quizzed him on what he was doing in New York, Hoeness was there as part of his sausage business

Ziegler and his story of State owned clubs being made to sell to new owners. He is of course factually incorrect but what does he do? He sensationalises it so all the bedroom tarquins, rags, scousers (insert any hater of city) hang on to his very last word therefore creating further anti city rhetoric. It just keeps us niceley in the public eye with his negativity. I did chuckle when having my morning brew yesterday thinking how many city fans will be panicked by it instead of just again taking it for what it is. Media control of how you feel.

Since we lost to Spurs and threw the 3 goals away last week I have not listened to or read any story with the slightest hint of bitterness or negativity towards City.

Once cleared of this City need to get a grip & start ruining cunts. It’s been a relentless bullying, racist attack on Sheik Mansour, his heritage, values, the club & our fans.

Drag the cunts through the courts for years.
Buy the houses next door & turn then into a squalid rat infested crack den.

Definitely! Enough is enough and this needs to be shown up for what it is now it’s glaringly obvious. And I’m getting sick and fucking tired of having “kick racism out of football” rammed down my throat! I’m not racist. But the people who run the the game and constantly push the slogan are. It’s an absolute fucking piss take!

There is no other media publisher which mocks working class people as much as the Guardian. And the worst thing is their columnists don’t even know they are doing it.

The story, like so many others, will fuel hatred from the more gullible Liverpool fans. That will play out before tomorrow’s match where, as usual, our fans will be abused and vilified. That’s why I will never attend a fixture at Anfield again.

Last season was my final straw there. My first visit was 1974. Just total racist anti Arab bile from drunken scumbags all day. On the train both journeys, in the pub before, outside the ground with cheating cab drivers. I don’t need this in my life. The stadium itself is still shite for away fans, The vibe when we play Everton is totally different. I know that wasn’t always the case.

Sadly your prophesy may well be right, and we will once again witness a shameful experience for our supporters to endure at the hands of their lawless supporters.

And this is due to the many examples of their unacceptable behaviour going unpunished or challenged by the very authorities who should enforce control.

Merseyside Police have been a disgrace in past incidents and this will no doubt have encouraged their feral element to continue.

Merseyside police are the worse at policing games. Don’t care what anyone says about West Midlands etc. The LFC fans get a freed ride and always have done. I was also told that independently by two City fans who are also police officers with other forces.

How the cunts get a pass from the media is actually shameful.

But like so much of the level of media reporting, most things connected with LFC fail to get shamed as deserved.

Even their behaviour at EC Final in Paris determined by UEFA to be the fault of the police.

It goes on and on with their supporters being blameless ..................apparently !

There is a video on YouTube I watched recently with the rags league visit to the dippers in 1986. The rags coach was bricked approaching the ground. Worse was the rag players having ammonia thrown at them when entering the ground which was actually mentioned on the bbc broadcast of the game. Some children were caught up in the incident and were taken to hospital.

The image of the LFC fanbase has been distorted by the media. To be fair I believe they were unjustly treated by the press after Hillsbrough and there are plenty of decent LFC fans. Sadly my experience at Anfield over almost 50 years has been very negative.
