Delap, THB, Doyle, Adarabioyo, PerroneMeanwhile, the likes of Porro, Douglas Luiz, Cole Palmer, Lavia, Couto were allegedly not good enough.

Christ, are you lot (Palmer fan club) ever going to stop going on about it?having watch him for several years at youth level he was head and shoulders above all the rest. he only had a dozen first team games and was very good in the CS and SC and scored in both
Once Mahrez left it was time for him to be given a run to confirm his ability. we chose Doku. what a mistake as Cole never wanted to leave, been with us years
Do you reckon if we had kept them we would have won any trophies mate?Delap, THB, Doyle, Adarabioyo, Perrone
sorry to have to say this but you are........... spot onHave you counted the mistakes ?
Like lost balls
Incorrect passes
And that’s the midfield player
If we say that he played well, then our ambition is to avoid relegation I guess
If we are talking about team that competes for PL, he is nowhere near to that level
Not as RB
Not as CM
Open your fucking eyes
Is this the player we are gonna defeat this crisis ? With 10 men + RICO ?
Good luck with that
Gundo and Walker and Bernardo are veterans, they are not our future
But Rico shouldn’t be as well
Not saying they're better than Rico, just saying they were never given the opportunities Peps given Rico.Do you reckon if we had kept them we would have won any trophies mate?
Wasn't better than when Foden made it at City. Didn't him take him long to register his first senior Premier League goal (match winner vs Spurs)having watch him for several years at youth level he was head and shoulders above all the rest. he only had a dozen first team games and was very good in the CS and SC and scored in both

A mirror of my view. Agree with every word.Have you counted the mistakes ?

Perrone would be starting for us considering our current midfield standard. Looked great in La Liga last season, haven't been following him much this season, though. Right now, we could do with all of them, though.Delap, THB, Doyle, Adarabioyo, Perrone
Decent player is an understatement him and saka going to be the face of the premier league for the next 10 yearsJust gonna throw it out there on the Palmer subject. When he was here I thought he was sh*te, greedy and didn’t overly like how he came across.
Turned out to be a decent player so far. But if he was still here in this set up he would be the same player he was.
Move on from it, he needs to be the big fish somewhere and fair play to the lad.
I didn't ask if they were better than Rico, however they clearly aren't as majority are knocking around at relegation battle teams. They are decent players, thats it. Rico has potential to be a lot more. Not saying they're better than Rico, just saying they were never given the opportunities Peps given Rico.
been out injured since Oct.Perrone would be starting for us considering our current midfield standard. Looked great in La Liga last season, haven't been following him much this season, though. Right now, we could do with all of them, though.
having watched them both for several years in the EDS they were close, but for me Palmer was better.Wasn't better than when Foden made it at City. Didn't him take him long to register his first senior Premier League goal (match winner vs Spurs)
And yet Palmer didn't show enough for Pep to give him more starts at City and there were little signs of him showing his Chelsea form either.having watched them both for several years in the EDS they were close, but for me Palmer was better.
Still a massive loss and Rico will never be a top midfielder imho, not clever enough and not strong enough
Gundo, Bernardo and Kova are all too old. We miss Palmer
Potentially so, not disputing that. Would just be Saka if palmer was still here.Decent player is an understatement him and saka going to be the face of the premier league for the next 10 years
you do realise Pep gets things wrong every now and again don't you ?And yet Palmer didn't show enough for Pep to give him more starts at City and there were little signs of him showing his Chelsea form either.
Not with Palmer. If he showed any signs of his Chelsea form in a City shirt and we cut him loose then you would have a point.you do realise Pep gets things wrong every now and again don't you ?
as the great Colin Bell said, you need a 30 game run to make a judgement on a player. Not with Palmer. If he showed any signs of his Chelsea form in a City shirt and we cut him loose then you would have a point.
not sure what pep sees in him playing as a midfielder. anonymous is the perfect word to describe him.Shouldnt be playing.....annonymous and pointless in midfield...offers nothing going forward except getting in the way and defensively he just isnt at it when in midfield.
Full back or not at all
