With this in mind we must accept them, however I do not see why we cannot insist on the content that will be discussed and which topics will not.

Control of the narrative is not unreasonable, and can surely meet the obligations of the PL. Surely not every topic raised demands that it is dealt with as the journalist wishes ?

Then the toxic element which weasels like Stone want to introduce can be quickly discounted and relevent questions only taken, ie fitness issues, recovery timescales etc.
Didn't Ten Hag ban some of the media for asking certain questions he didn't like?

The hacks should be told before each presser to adhere to asking questions relevant to the matter concerned and any deviation from that will result in the hack being asked to leave the conference. If they persist and won't leave then their accreditation should be immediately revoked and the hack escorted from the building.

We've been too soft and too accommodating for these bastards for far too long, time to toughen up and take action.
All day long.

That may be the case but, what’s the punishment for not doing them, can you not let certain people in (like the GPC did) and can our assistant manager not do them instead?

No, its the same across all ruling bodies - FA/PL/UEFA. You are required to make the manager available unless he is suspended from the game then you can put someone else in. They're actually ridiculously strict on these rules and the punishments for them, you can get fined a ton

We could employ a speaker, we could make sure there isn't any central heating turned on and leave the windows in a jammed open position.

The rags ban media outlets never mind reporters, we should do the same.

Yep it's not as if they majority of them write anything positive about our club it's mainly 90% negative and occasionally we get some good articles! Fergie never let the press get comfortable he was hard on them because he new most of them are cockroaches

Rumour has it that a number of BBC staff engaged in the media section are going to be sacked.

This comes after Clive Myrie a BBC newsreader admitted not declaring £145,000 in earnings and therefore not paying tax on those earnings.

The BBC issued the following statement 'In a recent news story regarding Clive Myrie we failed to mention that Clive Myrie is a Manchester City fan. The fact that he is a Machester City fan and has not declared these earnings is not connected to the 115 charges Manchester City currently face. Unlike Manchester City, Mr. Myrie will not be relegated to the Unibond League.
We again apologise for not yelling sorry telling everyone he is a Manchester City fan'

Ah but you are forgetting that the rags are classed a
a very " special and cherished national entity ", exactly like the dippers, in the eyes of the pathetic arselicking cunts in charge of our corrupt football authorities.

So we get fined, not liked it's happened before.

I nominate Kevin Keegan part 2. Ideally he could hold the presser in Esperanto, with no translator!

Hey, how comes the media have made next to nothing about the entire rag team not wearing LGBTQ colours in solidarity of one player who's religion thinks gays and the like aren't cool? Doesn't that show they care more about one player than an entire demographic of their fans. Pretty sure we'd be rinsed about our owner being Muslim and a tyrant if our players did the same. Just sayin

Daily Fail in big financial trouble apparently. Could go under within 6 months and huge redundancies planned.

Fucking excellent
Sorry for the genuine people who are left there but ...... there is a god.

I can't see certain people allowing them to go under. The Tories need all the help they can get.
