There is an appeal process within the PL rules (this was used successfully by Leicester recently) but not to a Court, it would be a differently constituted tribunal made up of more senior figures than the current IC.

LOL. I remember being asked to go on Jimmy Waggs's pre-match show one time while driving to the gane. I stopped my car near the Marble Arch waiting to go on, and I could hear the previous caller having a good rant. His name was Alex if I remember. ;-)
 
Just read they’re going to release the verdict on the premiere league website in the coming months without warning. All for the extra shock value I’d imagine. Properly taking the piss now I can’t even book the day off work for it!

What does that tell you?

No leaking the outcome to the nobhead journalists to shout it from the rooftops and add their bile to proceedings? Strange no?

Instead they are going to put it on the website without telling anyone. Very strange.

Unless they don't want anybody knowing the outcome, which previously they told every media outlet going they'd won't the APT case when actually they didn't.

We'll see.

Isn't that what they did wtih the Everton, Forest and Leicester decisions too though?
