Wrong to just blame Txiki for the transfer decisions. He's just one cog in a machine.

It has seemed like something changed 3 years ago. Before that the club were almost surgical like in the transfer market. No fuss. We got who we wanted quickly and efficiently.

Then we started being haphazard in our approach. Random bids for players like Rice with no hope of success. Going for below par players like Phillips and Nunes.
