He would be a brilliant signing. Surely not available in January, though.

Think I read somewhere that the Tarqs are prepared to let Tierney leave on a free next summer, when his contract is up. If he wasn't so injury prone, we could do worse. But we've got too many walking wounded already. Apparently, Celtic are interested in him. Didn't he play for them before?

Being honest getting a proper left back may help with options in central defence. It might be worth a risk to get either Chilwell or Tierney in this window if they are injury free. I just hope we try and get some in this coming window as it's like the news coming out is another injury in a key area if Haaland goes down to a injury screwed up front. The kid coming from Argentina in January what we do with him will he be out on loan straight away or joining in with first team. Our signings from Argentina have been really good over the years fingers crossed we got another here

I agree signing full backs will help. A proper left back that can play meaningful minutes means Josko and Ake can play more minutes centrally.

Same with Akanji on the right although hasn’t so much this year
