There is a presumption against criminality that has to be overcome by the prosecution. So it is like a penalty shoot out where the defence are given a 1-0 start?

The anti-CITY agenda on the radio and wider media is deep-rooted and systemic (yes, I know - statement of the obvious). I had 5-live on in the car and someone was reporting on Leicester's loss to Wolves and that there next games are against Liverpool and CITY - the host quickly (and in a snide way) came back with - well against CITY that is a guaranteed 3 points for Ruud.

Not only have we won 6/7 but almost since Day 1 people have been told the club is a hotbed of fraud and cheating - over 10 years of those allegations. Even if it was just one element of those, City would be hated by fans of the other clubs. Two reasons simply embeds it. Not racist, just blindingly obvious.
And of course a collapse is going to attract obsessive schadenfreude - it is the consequence of the above. What do people want? sympathy that we aren't going to do 5/5 or 7/8???

It’s not just the media, those annoying twats at Domino Pizzas have been at again. I’m amazed a) a corporate entity keeps up this type of campaign & b) no apparent pushback from the club. I’ve no problem with likes of Paddy Power taking the piss - as they share it around and they can be funny, but these cunts just target us. I would - and have - used my private email on company business etc - it might be “bad practice” but it’s not uncommon.
