Players who might improve us

Agree, but unfortunately I don't see us being able to do anything of consequence in January. This season is fucked and depending on where we finish it may be very difficult to attract the type of players we desperately need in the Summer. The club allowed this team to age out while stripping it of numerous young legitimate prospects. All while refusing to give any of those youngsters still here even the smallest opportunity (unless your name is Rico Lewis). The club has a massive job on its hands.

Haywood bellis is the one I can’t get my head round as he was fucking class in the academy and he’s getting even better and we sold him for peanuts .

I think he's trying to say if we kept Palmer we'd have a KDB replacement, if we kept Frimpong we'd have a Walker replacement etc.

But it doesn't work out quite like that. Frimpong got exposed to more first team football going down his career path and Palmer couldn't take his chances to begin with and then had his heart set on a move away (Whether that be loan or not). I dont think you can underestimate what moving away from city and playing week in week out has done for their careers, they wouldn't get that here.

In all seriousness, most players that will improve us won't be available until at least the summer. The club need to be as astute as they have proven to be in the past; anymore Dokus and Phillips and we could be stuck in a deep rut for some time.

Certainly one of them. People want to say it's all hindsight but the hindsight is a result of very poor foresight..

We play so many games I don’t see why we shouldn’t have two top strikers. It allows rest, substitutions, different tactics or an extra body for defenders to worry about, as well as reducing the risk of us completely imploding even more if anything were to put Erling out for a few games.

Most top teams have more than one goal scorer, why not us. We sure as hell can’t rely on any other fucker in our side to put the ball in the damn net. Osimhen would be a good signing. We should be all over him if there’s any chance he could end up at the rag shithole. We have to show ambition with transfers. A lack of it is why we’re now in the shit this season.

I’d be fucking livid if he went there and we’re still reliant on just one player in the whole squad that can actually score goals.

Comes down to the big games most likely, once its crunch time. One loses out and throws toys etc

Looking at the comments from Pep/Txiki post treble happened then. Laporte, Mahrez etc didn't get pick and wanted out almost immediately. Will the player and his ego live with or will he be a prick about it
