Why would I do that? You really are the Dark Side of the Moon! Bet you can’t wait to come on here and say “I told you”.
You’re not a blue but if you are you need to give your head a wobble.
Me and Baron PannickUs being?
You should have said that earlierMy point is that we don't know what evidence the Premier League has. Still alive and kicking.
There is nothing obviously relevant to either the German or French “authorities” (whatever those are) in any event in the activities of an English football club and company. And it’s all years old now anyway. But let’s say he did. So what - makes no difference to PL v MCFC.My point is that nobody in this thread knows whether it is true or not that the five hard drives he provided to the French and German authorities included additional information on City that, as Pinto claims, demonstrates criminal relevance. We can only guess.
Are you worried?Exactly, if we're innocent we have nothing to fear.
It’s not relevant. Why is it relevant? Anything they got from him (very doubtful it’s anything) would simply be subsumed into the body of exchanged documents and then those in the hearing bundle. You act like there is this secret set of Pinto docs that only the PL have. What you ignore is that if such relevant documents ever existed, City would likely have been compelled to disclose them anyway. But again, even if not from City, they will have been in play between the parties. What's relevant is what the Premier League potentially got from him before disclosure, and that we don’t know.
Merry Christmas
Do you not understand what disclosure meansWhat's relevant is what the Premier League potentially got from him before disclosure, and that we don’t know.
Merry Christmas
They are duty bound. Both sides know exactly what documents form the documents in play in the hearing and work together in producing an agreed trial bundle of such documents.Fuck me, if the premier league got it off him before disclosure then surely they were duty bound to share it with City and their legal team during disclosure. Surely disclosure is not a a one way street. If it is a way one street it makes refuting the allegations so much harder as even our legal team are not playing with a full deck.
Can one of the more knowledgeable posters please let me know if my understanding is correct
Have a guess.Why would I do that?
Put the pipe down fella...that stuff will fry your brain...If the Premier League has new evidence proving that our witnesses lied at CAS, we’re in deep water.
Thank you, although I am now done replying to this broken recordThey are duty bound. Both sides know exactly what documents form the documents in play in the hearing and work together in producing an agreed trial bundle of such documents.
and goodnight :-)Thank you
He's a nutter that's what he is, and I've not read one of his posts in this thread. So you are Miguel Delaney.

Stefan, you have the patience of a saint...It’s not relevant. Why is it relevant? He quoted one of my posts in another thread recently and was talking absolute gibberish. I only responded to let him know that he was going on ignore, I can spot a wrong un from a mile away.
If I was an agent i would not advise my player to join City in January, team has imploded, Pep might resign, club may be relegated. So top targets will be hard to get.
I hope he doesn’t work for the SamaritansHe's a real tonic is our Keith
