You have to wonder why Kevin Sinfield is over looked. Perhaps no one has put his name forward, I think that's how it works. What knobhead put waistcoat name forward ?

I read that because Kevin got an award recently he can't be given another for a set period of time... Hope that's true

BTW, Kevin Sinfield HASN'T been overlooked. He's already been decorated 3 times, the last being a year ago. Recipients have to wait 2 years for an upgrade.
