While I despise the fact that he was so successful with United, he’s one of the few players who has done very well for himself and his family since retiring, without selling his soul to punditry…even though he’s going to have a CL gig with Paramount+ soon!

Came across exceedingly well in that Netflix doc series and I’ve never met a Yank who didn’t like him…or them…in it.

I “get” the hate, but don’t share it.

Agreed on the voice, but if he offered his services, ratings would increase…at least initially.

We’ll see how this experiment of him watching the game with a big name mate works out on P+.

They wouldn't want the public to see him banging the nanny/teacher as that would taint his image.
