Had a look , they rang me as soon as my phone number went in, pretty hard sell , are they trustworthy ?
Everything went fine for me tbh, check their latest trustpilot reviews and see what people are saying.

I might keep them on file just incase sometimes ours starts to make all sorts of cranking noises, but the lad we called out managed to fix it twice, it’s an old one so expecting to replace it quite soon.I used these Kaz https://www.boilercentral.com/ sent a few pics they requested then all done in one day the same week.
I asked him to send me the deal.on email to give me time to check them independently , thanksEverything went fine for me tbh, check their latest trustpilot reviews and see what people are saying.
Get a new one will save you a fortune they are more economical these days and efficient, although I’ve no idea and didn’t notice but ours shit down completely for 6 hours yesterday! Very strange unless the pipe became blocked and we didn’t notice then unblocked on its own.Our gas boiler is now 16 years old, there is no way we will ever install a heat pump despite the nanny state insisting. We will see this one out and get a new one before the sale of new gas boilers are banned, which will probably not happen in our lifetime, we are in our 70s so fuck Milliband
I've heard good reports about BOXT, although I've never used them myself. Might be worth a try? Thanks x

I can highly recommend a heated throw. Heat the person not the whole house.
Yeah you need something to take the chill off the room. But wrapping the throw round you keeps you toastie. 2p an hour to run as well.I have one myself.
Whilst a good idea it's not a replacement for some heating. Once a room's temperature gets to 15 degrees Celsius and below it becomes a danger to health when people aren't active and moving about.
If you can go for it, do it. It will be efficient and cost effective in the log run as well as keep you warm. My only pointer to add, would be to buy the best boiler you can afford.I have got a quote from the boiler people of £2,700 all in ,nothing upfront , 0% interest over two years , forgot how much a month, less than a hundred
I take it i should bite their hands off ? Can fit this week , i am looking at the finances , i am maxed on two cards but still have an excellent credit score , taking on more debt is scary
Whilst i think about it i have two sets of jammys on today, , dont know why i didnt think of that before
It could be the boiler outlet pipe that froze shut. If it’s accessible (our boiler is in the attic and I need to climb out of the bathroom window on to our extension to get to ours) pour hot water on the pipe to thaw it out.Get a new one will save you a fortune they are more economical these days and efficient, although I’ve no idea and didn’t notice but ours shit down completely for 6 hours yesterday! Ye I know pal that actually happened later on, I have a feeling it blocked, cleared itself, then blocked again which when I ended up put 3 kettles wirth on!It could be the boiler outlet pipe that froze shut. get 1 off the govt scheme if you receive any means tested benefit. If not, the local council should have a scheme to helpMy boiler is twenty years old and has finally died, dead , not fixable , inconsiderately right before winter !
I have just had a new boiler fitted and it cost £2,450 so that deal looks pretty good.I have got a quote from the boiler people of £2,700 all in ,nothing upfront , 0% interest over two years , forgot how much a month, less than a hundred

Needs means tested benefit. Pip and DLA are not means tested.iHeat is another Kaz. Surely with your circumstances you could get a government grant.
DLAs a qualifying benefit for a Boiler grant under ECO 4 though.Needs means tested benefit. Pip and DLA are not means tested.
