I’ve seen a lot of media saying the verdict is expected before February.
However, one could have made it up and the rest all copying the one who made it up.

The written statement will be longer and much more complex than most books. It will take a long time just to write and edit it. I have been directly involved in a similar legal process. The amount of work which goes into producing these documents is unbelievable. Every paragraph (in many instances every key word) is laboured over. It will be revised and checked not only for legal elements but also the political dimension. The reputation of these three Judges is on the line if they get anything wrong because it will get incredible media coverage.

Why would they want to drag this whole thing out if and it’s a big if they have this information to condemn City? The reputation of the league has also been damaged and will further be damaged when city prevail. I'm hoping this time the puppet Masters have bitten off far more than he can chew (we all know who's pulling the strings) basically he's managed to call HRH a fraudster trouble is our owner has the where with all to prove he isn't, do the Cartel have the resources to attempt to prove he is ?

Nit picking I would guess. We are not coming out of this sordid affair unscathed that’s for sure. The reputation will need to be stained further to satisfy our Red neighbours.

Non cooperation is a way to punish those they investigate but can’t find anything substantive against them.

Corruption in plain sight.

The APT case showed clearly that the PL themselves didn't co-operate with our attempts to agree sponsorship deals. In fact it was stronger than that it showed the PL acted unfairly and unlawfully. The evidence in the documents showed they obstructed us throughout the discussions. Co-operation has to work both ways.
