Had a runny nose and sneezing fits for about 3 days now.

My nose is literally like a tap, I don't get it.

yep and I know where I got mine too - spent last weekend (Friday night to Sunday night ) in James Cook hospital having been rushed in due to plummeting iron in my blood. Put on a ward where in Covid there had been extractor fans fitted in the windows. One is now broken and there is no money to fix it so it just blows cold air in on a ward of sick people! Went in and anyone already there was snuffling and coughing so the germs were spread around nicely and I left full of a cold - yesterday was worst I felt numb!! Have to say I hope 91 year old Colin who had 2 days in the bed opposite me is ok - he looked frail enough as it was poor sod.

Raw Ginger root. Slice,into a cup ,add warm,not boiling water,leave go seep,and drink. Or;
Cayenne pepper,powder into cup ,just a pinch,same as above.

I had my flu and covid jab last week and felt shit for a few days. Actually, to be honest, every time I have the C jab, my LONG COVID feels worse.
The jab's slowly turning me into a conspiracy theorist ;)

Who else is suffering with the lastest flu or cold symptoms which you can’t get rid of or keeps coming back, and no matter what medicine you buy over the counter does not have any effect at all. Can’t get to see a doctor is this something more sinister never known it lasting so long.
