Had my flu and Covid yesterday. Bit of a sore arm but nothing too bad

Cough, cold, endless runny nose, headache, ache all over and can’t sleep. The full works.

I got double jabbed in the 1st cohort last Thursday and it floored me - I assumed that was the issue however loads of folk around here are full of a cold and feeling shit regardless so I assume there is some wretched bug doing the rounds - only just getting over it myself

Flu jab coming up on saturday, not caught anything recently so doing ok

Started shivering at bed time last night, and when I did fall asleep I woke up super heating.
Felt fine this moment, apart from achy arms, legs, back and shoulders, but reverted to shivering mode again this afternoon.
Was absolutely starving but struggled to finish my tea.
Will see how I feel in the morning but I suspect I'll have to give the running and swimming a break for a while.
