Not a great image really considering there are allegations of channeling funds to Russia for building a power plant in Bangladesh.
 
This Labour government has been nothing short of dreadful so far. They are so out of touch with the working class it's leading to the rise of Reform.

Reeves is awful, lacks compassion and understanding, she is also an economic neo-liberal.
Dont get me started on that **** Streeting, i despise him.

The right wing of the Labour party are truly monstrous, influenced by the likes of Mandelson and his ilk, serving corporate interests rather than the working class.

Why did they pay Nurses and stop the strikes in the health sector ? why did they pay Train unions and stop the strikes? why have they changed workers rights bill in favor of equality, fair pay for workers? why are they bringing in renters bill to help the lowest who face eviction ? why are they putting the biggest tax burdens on corporations and businesses? why have they raised the minimum wage for the poorest ? why have they retained the triple lock for 13m pensioners ? why are they funding 8 billion for the development of green technologies and a number of clean energy projects? why have they allocated 12 billion for infected blood compensation ? why have they created cross departmental child poverty taskforce? why they bringing in free breakfast clubs for schools ?

Because it can't be stopped over night, we've had a right wing tory government that failed to deter 'illegal' migrants the last 14 years and Farage promised leaving the EU would stop migrants crossing the channel also.

Labour are bringing in tougher border measures, going after gang leaders, working with the EU and France on this issue and have deported a record number of illegal migrants by scrapping the Rwanda gimmick. Will take time but they look far more serious on the issue than under the Tories.

Those on the right don’t want to look after those that they treat as the ‘Under Class’, they want pure control and those that will cost in the long run. Fuck ‘em, pile them high.

There’s no equality for these people, they expect that a run down NHS or education system will get them through to an age where they don’t even realise what has happened. To not pay a pension is what every capitalist wants.

We thought that we were better, but we accept cheap and allow people to exploit the tat that they sell.

Last Wednesday in the House of Commons almost the whole day was spent on this topic and the leader of the official opposition used her time at PMQ's to demand a fresh enquiry. It was in all the news - Did you miss it ?
It has been covered extensively in the media since with many prominent people calling for a fresh enquiry - You can look that up .
Additionally a You Gov poll says that 76% of voters support a new enquiry and despite the position of the government 65% of Labour voters support a fresh enquiry (
So no, its not just about what I think.


Give it up. That was 7 years ago, before the last inquiry reported - You miss the point. The point is that Sarah Champion supports a fresh National enquiry despite an enquiry already being done in her Rotherham constituency. She knows that the enquiry was inadequate and that more work need to be undertaken .

It isn't the Pakistani grooming gangs per se that is to be investigated , if it was the government I believe would be happy to do so. The crux of the investigation is how the police and other relevant authorities repeatedly failed the victims and their motives for doing so. How did this happen in 50 towns/ cities across the country over the best part of 3 decades? Why has no one been held to account ?

I wouldn’t bring up the conservatives response to it as that was one of the most disingenuous acts I’ve ever seen in parliament.

I’m not surprised at all most want to see another inquiry though.
