PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Yep I am sure mass signings and major contract commitments are the actions of a guilty party. Don’t believe the media narrative, we’ve done fuck all wrong apart from pissing off the red club cartel and their premier league poodle Masters et al. We clearly know how the case is gone and they’ve got fuck all on us and we know it.

There are things they ignore like clubs selling hotels to themselves, selling their women’s football team, £50m allowance for a stadium that never happened, £35 allowance for share dealing costs ffs, £41m allowance for a pandemic when no other club gets more than £1m, etc et fucking cetera.

We ain’t guilty of fraud, it’s the most blatant corruption in plain sight you could imagine, surprised so many have fallen for it
You missed that I wrote I’m sure we’re going to be cleared in my previous post.

Nope, your first post on the subject said “if we are found guilty of fraud”, why would you even say that? IF you think there is even a doubt about that have a look at the ground redevelopments, the transfers incoming and the FACT that the worlds most coveted striker has just signed up for TEN MORE YEARS. Wonder what you were doing before late December, being a family man from Ashton, but only been on the forum a few days and talking about City and fraud in the same sentence? Hmmm

Thing is you cunts DID ACTUALLY make dodgy payments and your most successful period WAS based on dodgy payments to agents that gave you sporting advantage?
It's the lack of rage or even interest from every anti-city crusader since 2018, that annoys me most about that. It shows you how much virtue signalling and bad faith acting they've been doing about City, when the reaction to illegal transfer payments, which also comes under financial irregularities(and means their accounts weren't correct either and it impacted multiple major honours as well) is one of:

"When can we get back onto to fuming about and bashing City though?"

Also, no matter how many years and how many trophies that went on for, it's not on the Chelsea fans. That's one thing we should have learned from our case and the treatment from the football world.

I don’t need to see the contracts. Just look at what happened with Parma, Málaga, Rangers, AEK Athens, Marseille, and Juventus. If we’re found guilty of fraud, there’s no way we can force players to stay, so the argument about 'no release clause inserted' is irrelevant.
If I ever need any advice on the construction of a contract, can I PM you?

Honestly, how many signals do you need that the club remain supremely confident. There are never any guarantees but the club are not preparing to lose the case. How much clearer could it be?
I think if they announced the North Stand was renamed as the 115 Stand then I reckon it’s in the bag.
