PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I overheard two people talking today. Their theory is that Berrada has jumped ship to United because he knows we have an incoming guilty verdict with very serious consequences. They could think of no other reason why he would otherwise go from City to United. I did not interfere with their delusions of adequacy

If City have done what the Premier League have accused then of in mass conspiracy to fraud. Changing your job won’t protect Barrata from the law, which tells you all we need to know about 115 charges.

That’s like being under investigation for murder and moving house to “make it all go away”.

Simon Jordan, astonishingly has argued Pep's comments amount to him 'barking at the moon'(someone made that argument about their last video 'SJ issues 'strong warning to City fans'). I strongly suspect he's been reading this forum, anything he doesn't like that gets under his skin, he'll shamelessly try and debunk, even when he's bang to rights('I have no agenda').

They've done their usual trick of misrepresenting the facts of why UEFA's verdicts were overturned, putting it down to a time-barring technicality only. Simon did his usual spin on the non-cooperation charges too, "If you were innocent, why did you accept the fine".

Just on that quickly, here's what CAS concluded on that:

CAS said the UEFA leaks are for the CEDB to investigate and decide upon(page 47).jpg
I'd always presumed this was an organisation similar to CAS and wondered why we never heard any progress or outcome from it. So, I just had a quick look, to see who they are and the closest match appears to be this: The Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body:
UEFA’s Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body consists of a chairman, two vice-chairmen and thirteen other members. As a rule, it reaches decisions in the presence of all its members.
So, it was left up to UEFA to investigate their own leaks and come to their own verdict. No wonder we never heard anything from it.
