its not tho. the Nazi salute might have come from it ( or the Italian Mussolini version of it ) but there are differences between them. what Musk did was spot on Roman Salute and therefore has his defence point.

But as i've said in this thread, he's done it knowing its going to the the talking point. there seems to be more people talking about Musk's salute than Trumps executive orders. and that is exactly why I think it was done.
I don't get the "Roman Salute" defence. It's not actually from Roman times; it was popularised by Italian fascists in the 1920s, so I don't see how claiming it was that makes things any better for him.
