I absolutely agree. I have a teenager and you see the changes it is having on how she is growing up and it’s scary. We held off as long as we could to give her a smartphone but at secondary school it’s practically required (school and bus login systems). The genie was out of the bottle then and hard to put back in

These kids will live their whole lives on film. Glad I was a 70s kid tbh

CNN did some analysis pre the US election which suggested 51% of the political content was democratic leaning and 49% republican. Down from 60/40 a couple of years previously (probably driven by the musk takeover exodus?)

The roman salute is the nazi salute. He knows what he is doing or is off on face on drugs, there is no reason to include the aggressive whip of the arm.

The Bellamy salute is the commonly used salute in the US, which has an underarm falm facing upwards gesture.
