I don’t either, think City’s proposed offer is around £59m, but you can’t blame Juve for trying to get more. They will settle for less but only if they get player in that they want. Remember Juve are also trying to fight in Serie A for a CL place.

Clubs can’t buy players between the 46th game and the play off final, so it’s not cut and dried that the 46th game is the definitive end of the Championship season.

Anyway, it seems UEFA have specified that 3 new signings can be registered for the play off rounds, although using ambiguous language.

It's funny though the stick Kyle Walker got on here by many posters, Apparently all he had was "pace", There's numerous players that are quick yet incredibly shit. Yes he did have a few lapses of concentration but he was an outstanding defender, He dealt with some of the world's best with ease.

Nunes got done by Barcola on the half way line, He also got done last night about 20 yards outside our box, They are situations that a midfielder by trade should be dealing with as that area of the field is something he should be familiar with and have no problems, He keeps getting done like a Sunday League Footballer.

Walker was outstanding I agree. Defending isn’t as easy as some probably think - I bet you could find examples where even Baresi, Maldini, Vinnie, etc had been made to look like an arse, but how many times did they snuff out attacks. It’s just that one bit of skill or pace by a forward is what gets highlighted and remembered, but top defenders stop them more often than not, otherwise games would all be about 8-6. Walker was immense for us.

Nunes, he’s not a defender, his body position is often not right to face a quick forward because he’s more used to going forward himself.

You cannot describe Nunes as a defender given his woefulness in the last 2 CL games.

I also remember Fernandinho getting done by Vinicius in a similar way to Barcola and Nunes.

Fernandinho wasn’t a bad player was he?!

Nunes has done ok other than those lapses - but you’re going to get lapses when you play a midfielder at full back.

Walker was at his best and for many years, a beast of a player, one of the best right backs in the world and a terrific defender. Time and his chaotic personal life have caught up with him

He's a good footballer and a useful player to keep around the squad, which we will probably do. Nobody is comparing him to peak Walker or suggesting he should be first choice right back.
