I have it on good authority that Rashford has got a lot of personal demons to deal with. He’s heading down the George Best route, without his skill at football. I hope he stays and keeps drawing the wages - but I also hope United fulfill their duty of care and get him the treatment he needs. There are a few threads on here about how easy it is to fall from grace and just because you are wealthy does not mean you are immune to addictions.
Fuck United but I can’t wish ill on a troubled young man.
If it’s mental health problems I hope he gets the help he needs……….rag or not

I am sure there are enough tarts there already
Plus if they have to move ground during a build / Rebuild . Where will they go. I would hope City . Liverpool, Everton tell them to do one. Can see them playing all over Wembley , Dublin, Cardiff, wigan ,,,

Bolton should be big enough if rhey don't get C/L next season.

On 375k a week I assume he can afford any mental health help he needs.

We need to stop this shite. A bloke working on the bins should get any and every bit of NHS help he needs.
A footballer on 375k A FUCKIN' WEEK can do one.
This isn't beause he's a rag. This is
because I am sick of the Richard Madeley types using it as an excuse.

Suffering with Mental health doesn’t have anything to do with the money you earn….

Don't talk bollocks if he has genuine mental health issues money is irrelevant, don't recall being multi millionaires helping Kurt Cobain or Heath Ledger ?

Why not ?
He can afford the best person to help him.
Unlike the normal bloke in a NHS queue that is 5 months long.
Mr Fingers will not have to ensure he is at his computer at 7.55am in a desperate attempt at logging on to 'Ask My GP' only to he told at 8.05am that it is closed.
When he does eventually get through he is offered a telephone call where the doctor decides Amitriptaline is best and if the does not work ring back.

I do not belittle mental health issues but Rashford can get help almost immediately.
Let's stop making a serious issue trivial.

See my reply above. Kurt Kobain and Heath Ledger could have skipped all the queues and hoops I had to jump through.
They didn't and I don't know why they didnt but I would rather have their money and try rather than risk ask my fuckin' GP.

When you've just dug yourself of of a PSR hole for the next 2 seasons with a 53 million quid profit on a player sale, no bother, we'll commit 7.5 million of that the now for his wages until 30 June, sound investment considering from the horses mouth he can't meet the expectations of his current club who are below you in the table.

Could not make it up. It's gonna happen now.

Where has anyone suggested he would use the NHS for help? Most posters are saying if he has genuine issues then he should get the best help available, I would suggest that means not using the nhs!, as an aside its a dangerous proposal suggesting the NHS should be means tested.

And let’s not trivialise a serious issue. I’m no fan of the PR product that is Rashford but despite their unbelievable wealth and privilege and cosseted lifestyles the rich and famous can face their own problems.

If it was one of our own players we’d expect or at least hope for a sympathetic response.

Considering Sancho was reported to have mental health problems when he fell out of favour with the last manager you have to wonder about the guidance and pastoral care available to the Rags

Money worries can definitely be a factor in mental breakdown.
I may have posted before about this, and I think @Prestwich_Blue alluded to something similar earlier:
Friend, who knows of someone who happens to meet United players at night and also at homes, says that Rashford not the best with his money, and that he+others who were ‘injured’ were absolutely fine, they just couldn’t be arsed (ten hag days).

Sounds vague, I know, but I’m not going to detail it more than that.

Says something about his employer if he's having mental health issues and their attitude is getting rid.

Then again the scum have never been known for being a moral and upstanding organisation.
