Kev and David brought out the best in him - David with those half turn perfectly weighted passes for Raheem to run onto or those raking diagonals from Kev. Their service forced him to run - hence the tap-ins. Did the decision making for him. When he didn't have that service, he tended to hesitate or run down blind alleys.
