I think Pep is one of those managers who create a team to compete for (and win) majority of trophies, or to try to fix the things up when they go south (or Antarctic in our case this season). None of those scenarios does involve chance giving and career building.It certainly seems that way. Which is disappointing. I think a large number on here would love to see two or three academy products making regular appearances for the first team. But it seems Pep is unwilling to give them a chance. Perhaps he thinks they're simply not good enough? But if you don't give them an opportunity to prove/disprove that, we'll never know.

It is such a no brainer to at least try. Pep will get it right in the end, but the way there can be so frustrating at times.would love to see him next to nico in the cup but its not gonna happen. would add physical presence and legs.
