The only way I see us progressing is if we win by 2/3 goals on Tuesday and take that lead to their ground. Similar to what we did to Bayern in the treble. I don’t see how we get a result at the Bernabeu if we’re only 1 goal up or we draw. They will just swarm us and I can’t see any scenario where we don’t concede at least 2/3 at their place.

If they swarm us, then Haaland, Savio, Marmoush will run against their makeshift defence with plenty of space to exploit. Doku may be ready too. He could destroy their FBs.

If Atleti can draw there, we can do it too, as long as we don't have further injuries. Currently, it's 50/50.

Ederson has some sort of injury but has also cost us a couple of games with rash mistakes and poor keeping so Ortega has been getting more game time . Pep never reveals the real reasons why a player is left out .

Ref for our CL game back in December away to Juventus. Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary in that game.

Hopefully Nico can play. With Valverde moved from their midfield into Right Back their midfield is weakened.
Dias will play. Akanji to play right side of defense. Stones maybe in midfield but it's a big call.

Our defence and midfield have been unbelievably poor the last 3 months our biggest problem. Signs of improvement the last 3 weeks or so and then the horror show at Arsenal last week . Who knows with City this season ?!?!

I saw, but i dont think its a good idea to put new players into a match against real, especialy that kid in defence that dont even know english from what i understood. You need exprienced players, even if they are not at their best/peak....

Us and real are playing very similarly this season, with injuries, disjointed defences and stretched midfields with holes in it. Tuesdays game could be a cracking ding dong of a match. A 4-3/4-4 type game wouldn’t surprise me.
