Moyes (2014): "We aspire to be like City."

The referee gave the penalty from his angle and should not have been sent to take another look. It wasn’t a clear and obvious mistake.

How can it be right when everyone watching at home can see the Everton player’s shirt spring back after being pulled but the referee can overrule his own decision?

A classic example of result manipulation. The VAR deliberately avoided showing Madeley the angle which clearly showed Young's shirt being pulled then when the decision was overturned the TV immediately showed that angle again.

Wonder what bald Dermot will say on Monday, "a correct decision was made" no doubt.

I remember seeing details of the 1957-1958 season in (I presume) the 1977-1978 Rothmans Football Yearbook. It would have taken something special (dare I say City-like) for them to have won the league. They had certainly conceded a lot of goals. When I have time, I’ll have another look.

Perhaps @Gingers Dad can offer us his opinion on this latest example of a "contentious" decision conveniently going united's way?

Oh yes the 30s when they were getting sub 4000 home crowds for top flight football …

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again the Munich air disaster made them .
Never get tired of reminding thick Rags who spout the "we've always been bigger than City" bollocks that they were a nothing club before their second sugar daddy bankrolled their second ex blue manager after WW2.

Small point of order, that isn't the Magic Roundabout theme tune that's It's Magic by a group called Pilot :)

Here's the Magic Roundabout theme, and it's over to you Dillon :)

Small point of order, it isn’t Dillon it’s Dylan.

After the American musician, Robert Zimmerman.
