It’s an independent panel, not a PL committee.

For MCFC to be charged with not disclosing the contract between Mancini and Al Jazeera makes no sense unless you first prove that it wasn’t a genuine contract between RM and AJ in the first place.

I struggle to see how they can do that if the panel doesn’t even hear evidence from RM.

The PL also seem to forget what the actual rules were at the time. The manager contract rules were a lot more vague back then. I could actually see various charges falling due to similar across the board.
