Come on lads, we can't pretend he's been anywhere near the required level at times this year. You can say if a player isn't playing good enough, just as we can then say he's been miles better recently, seems to be finding his level again and hopefully tonight continues for the foreseeable

So his errors in against Madrid at home were because he hasn't played behind a consistent back 4 all season? I just find it really odd how people can't objectively view games as they are. The unsettled back 4 isn't going to help but he's had plenty of individual errors this season and poor games and it's absolutely fine to say that. Whilst we can question those moments, it's also fine to give him his credits when he does well and pretty much wins us the game.
