Russian invasion of Ukraine

An excellent approach.

Not sure what the problem is
That post in isolation is perfectly reasonable, however look at the rest in the portfolio and you'll soon see that the walk doesn't match the talk of that singular post.

To say you don't believe everything you read is fine, but you must then admit that you don't know the full facts of the matter and that you don't have a fully formed opinion yet.

That isn't the case with this poster.

I must apologise for saying Russians were communist. Although I knew about the changes brought about I hadn’t really studied the mindset of the Russians apologies.

The fact that Russia hasnt been communist for 35+ years , just passed you by…

Judging by your posts on here pertaining to other world events… it’s only one of many ‘truth’s you slavishly believe as fact, rather than actual reality.

Some people do like a lie in you know:-)

I agree but the question is then why?

He is threatened by democracy and accountability and admires and envies autocrats IMO.

He wishes to rule America as a kleptocratic dictator; the existence of a free, democratic and successful Europe threatens that.

Note that these are the exact same reasons Putin can't put up with a democratic and independent Ukraine.

Others will tell you he's been compromised by Russia, but I'm sceptical of that.

Just my opinions.

Maybe that might give you reasons to reconsider

I believe in instincts and gut feelings.

?

And also to consider where these gut feelings come from and how they're influenced.

“……the mindset of the Russian apologies”

What a weird thing to type.

He will have seen how enriched Putin has become from plundering his nation’s resources and will want a piece of that himself.

He has all the very worst qualities a person can possess, but I would say the one that consumes him the most, is naked greed.

Doesn’t mean Kompromat isn’t real btw. It could perfectly plausibly be both.

Personally I don't think he's got the intellect and discipline to be a Russian agent.

And I agree re greed. The crypto grift is off the scale.

Congress will have to pass it and maybe they will but even the GoP voted through a bill that wouldn’t allow a POTUS to leave NATO unilaterally without their consent after the orange ****’s first term.
My main concern is not if the US is still in NATO, it's would Trump respond to an article five call when needed. We don't want to find out when it's to late etc.

I’ll get off and let the warmongers carry on

If someone wished to, they could easily frame your position as warmongering: help Putin's war in Ukraine succeed so he can move on to his next target (Moldova most likely).

I don't think that would be fair on you, and equally I don't think you are being fair labeling others.
