Today would be good, seeing as it's a bank holiday over here. God bless that Welshman!
My full thoughts are that maybe they have been sullied/loss of earnings from the 115 cases and knowing we are going to win have threatened the Prem will court for various losses. The Prem not wanting to be dragged through the courts (there could be many more parties queuing up for a Prem slice on reputation issues) have instead offered them a sweetener.Puma are one of our sponsors who could suffer financial damage if we lost the case. They would have done due diligence on us. So it is a good sign if they have signed a deal with the PL at this moment.
There is big risk for all our sponsors, Being partners with fraudsters is big reputational damage. The Puma deal with the PL is certainly interesting. Not sure if good or bad for us yet.My full thoughts are that maybe they have been sullied/loss of earnings from the 115 cases and knowing we are going to win have threatened the Prem will court for various losses. Couldn't think of a video to post for this ;)

Yes. I hope it is. But it is impossible to know for sure. Would Puma do a deal with the PL if City had lost the case? But as someone else pointed out Puma may have another motive, perhaps damage limitation. I also am surprised by the suggestion that the independent regulator is being scrapped. This could also be good or bad for us!You said 34 minutes ago that it was a good sign didn't you? =)

The sense of anti climax on hereNot gonna be today is it.
I wouldn't read anything - positive or negative - into Puma signing a deal with the PL and rumours that the independent regulator is going to be scrapped. I doubt either of those have anything to do with our case.Yes. I hope it is. But it is impossible to know for sure. Would Puma do a deal with the PL if City had lost the case? No idea but I think the APT results were announced in the afternoon? Not gonna be today is it.
Well it was originally the brother of Adi Daslers companyour kit sponsors signing a deal with the pl, surely not i thought we only did business with shady companies and the pl are whiter than white.
Any indication about the information floating about suggesting either outcome? Or likely that the club and Prem have not received it?As has been mentioned on here previously, and as happened with the CAS verdict, the parties get an advance copy of the verdict a few days before it's made public. This is so any obvious errors can be corrected. At that point there will almost certainly be leaks.
When Ian Cheeseman prematurely announced the CAS outcome, I'm pretty sure his information was legit, and not a lucky guess. I'd be surprised therefore if the formal announcement came completely out of the blue.
