So he’s either already read it and the announcement is uber imminent, or he hasn’t which means we’re at least 3 days away even if it crosses his desk today, as others have stated it takes around 3 days to proof read the draft decision.Interestingly, Pannick has just put forward an objection to an amendment to the IFR and declared his City conflict.
