I am pretty sure Masters is toast. He will be the sacrificial lamb. The Government will want his head in return for ditching the regulator for starters.

He won’t resign , he will just move sideways , he’s already of recent become a director of Premier League Studios back end of November last year , his exit , if need be is already advanced , nothing unusual in being a director of multiple companies by the way , but not a cat in hells chance he will resign - why would he ? It’s the tyrany of the minority isn’t it ?

This isn't like the APT case it will be clear who's won, if city get a fine then it's pretty obvious we won. You don't bring 130 charges to fine a club. I agree we will be done for no co-operation and that that will be worth the piss boiling.

I think Masters will be forced out by the Pl Board under pressure from his former pals at Fenway Group, Spurs, Arsenal and MUFC.

If the premier league come out saying they’ve won like they did with the APT they’ll be expected to sanction us heavily if they over exaggerate their victory they won’t be able to sanction us heavily that’s how they’ll be found out to be lying quick enough to other supporters

Another option for Masters may be an Exec role with his Qatari pals at BEIN Sports. He has been pivoting his career towards the broadcast world in the last 12 months with his role as Chair of the World Sports Leagues Association where he works alongside Javier Tebas on the Exec Board. He has fingers in a lot of pies.

It does look like tv writes for PL coverage are going to change , bones being thrown to prime video the past few seasons ? Sky hardly get a sniff these days for the champions league as an example , yes they have to distribute , but it’s going to change , just maybe we won’t get force fed the sky chuckle brothers as much in the coming seasons ahead !

There is more to Masters than all this , what about the other BOD’s at the PL like Alison Brittain , it’s not just him , he’s the fall guy , it’s not entirely him.

You’d think wouldn’t you , that all the talk would be about Liverpools impending PL win ? I mean City sit 5th , how are we a threat this season - or probably next ? Any talk about the Geordies ownership model ? Or is it plucky hamstrung Newcastle win against all the odds ? They’ve spent plenty by the way because of their owners - hardly a surprise is it ?

It would be interesting to find out if any article has EVER been produced about the damage to the PL when we are found NOT guilty.
