please can someone summarise - just logged in since this morning…

It's possible from the comments in the media about an imminent announcement and PB's comment below that the PL and City might be in receipt of a draft judgement but there's nothing definitive to say this is so.

I just have a feeling, based on some of the stuff like this in the media, and the snippet that all senior managers were supposedly told to be in today, that the initial verdict was received by both parties yesterday. But I stress I've nothing more to go on than that.
