Its crazy isnt it.That's my point. There is a set limit on the component which gets you a little 2 door car. Anything bigger involves the recipient using their own money and not taxpayers
Not only forgo the monetary benefit as they dont need the money and opt for motorbility, they then put a hefty amount of that motorbility amount towards a top of the range car
Also, the lad gets picked up in a taxi each morning to be taken to college and taken home after so the car isnt even used for that
How is it right? Make it make sense
